Testimony - Mrs.Johnie Johnson, U.S.A

 Complete Trust In God

   After the 9-11 tragedy here in the United States, I was in an almost dazed like state for several days. I was in constant prayer, and was reading the Word and still most of the time I felt unease, insecure, and no peace. My assurance was down and fear was really attacking me, tying to get a foothold on me, and I knew that I couldn't allow that to happen.

   I would watch TV, scan the different Christian Internet Communities, and read the Word. I would pray and talk to the Lord, but still I just couldn't feel that peace we are assured belongs to us.

  I was listening to man, and his plans and ideas, and hearing his natural knowledge about the event, and things to come. I was hearing Christians tell how this was God's judgment, and others said it was from Satan, etc.

 I went into one Christian community and there were many post and many statements about the event, other faiths, countries, and Bible verses that said this and that. I mean it was scary! It looked like we were doomed, that we couldn't escape terrorist or their attacks against us. It looked as if we had so many enemies that it was hopeless. I mean it was scary and ugly what I was seeing and hearing.

 Then suddenly God impressed into my spirit that they were forgetting all about Him, and His Power!!!

 The things I was reading in that Christian community was man's, knowledge, understanding, book learning and TV learning. They were speaking in the natural! They weren't even mentioning God and His power. They were forgetting that God is supernatural and is almighty, all-powerful, and more then willing to intercede when it comes to the well being of His Children. He reminded me that prayer is really answered. He impressed into me to pray for the biggest most naturally outrageous things that I could think of, and it would still be easy for Him to answer those prayers!  He reminded me that if every person on earth was against me and out to kill me....that He could and would keep me safe.  He reminded me that if every country is against the United States....that He could keep the United States and all things that concern her safe. Our families, homes, jobs, food, water, electric, gas, bridges, buildings .....everything.

 Finally, my peace was restored and fear was gone. He taught me these truths.

So instead of being anxious or fearful, stay in peace. Pray about these things, and believe Him and trust and have faith in His Power. Ask for His divine protection over us and this country and all things that concern us. Plead the Blood of Jesus over us. Ask Him to make us and this country and all things that concern us invisible to the enemy. Ask Him to surround us with His angels to minister to us and to do warfare against Satan, his agents, his influence, and his devices. Ask Him to manifest His love in every person on earth. In other words, pray, expect and receive your answers.

 Remember that God knows all of man's plans. He already knows the weapons formed against us and when they are intended to be used. He wants our prayers.
